• Operational records needed to show wallet, points, and membership information after in-store staff actions.

How We Use Data

• To create and secure your Dragon Nest member account.
• To display your profile, membership identity, and account history inside the app and H5 reference frontend.
• To let staff follow up on bookings, support requests, product requests, and racing results.
• To maintain venue operations, member records, and customer support.

Storage And Sharing

Member data is processed through Dragon Nest systems hosted on our shared backend infrastructure. We do not describe this app as a marketplace or payment app, and current member transactions remain offline and staff-confirmed.

We do not publish member personal information publicly. Data may be visible to authorized Dragon Nest staff when they need it for customer support, venue operations, or record keeping.

Account Retention And Deletion

You can request account deletion from the account settings flow once the member app ships, and a public support path is also available. Deleted accounts are deactivated and member sign-in access is revoked.
