Account Deletion
If you want to delete your Dragon Nest member account, use the in-app account settings flow when available or contact us through the support path below.Delete Account In App
- Sign in to your member account.
- Open Account Settings.
- Use the Delete Account action in the danger section.
- Confirm the warning prompt to complete the deletion request.
Request Deletion On The Web
If you cannot access the app or H5 account settings flow, email support@dragonnest.cc and ask for account deletion support.
Include the email address or member ID linked to your account so staff can locate the correct record.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your member sign-in access is revoked.
- Your account status is changed to inactive.
- Stored profile fields such as phone, nickname, and avatar are cleared from the active member profile.
- Deletion requests are normally reviewed within 30 days after we can verify the account owner.
Data retention note
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or venue operation records. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
